Week 1: Training for the Interns and Drafting Emails

This week marked the beginning of my journey with the Key Biscayne Community Foundation (KBCF). The primary focus was on training the new interns and drafting emails to send in the future. This process was crucial for establishing effective communication channels and ensuring everyone was on the same page. I organized training sessions that covered the foundation's goals, current projects, and the importance of clear communication. By the end of the week, all interns were proficient in using the email system, and we had a well-defined communication protocol in place.
