Week 8: Setting Up Future Meetings

As my time with KBCF came to a close, I focused on setting up future meetings and ensuring that our initiatives were in good hands. I created detailed handover documents, scheduled follow-up meetings, and provided training for team members who would continue the projects. This preparation was essential to maintain the momentum and ensure the sustainability of our efforts beyond my internship.
